Values we actually live by

We're building something hard. These are the principles that guide how we work together every day.

🔭

Think in Systems

We zoom out before we zoom in. Understanding the full picture leads to better decisions than optimizing in isolation.

Bias for Action

We ship, learn, and iterate. A working prototype beats a perfect plan. We trust each other to move fast and own the outcome.

🤝

Radical Transparency

We share context widely, give direct feedback, and have hard conversations early. No politics, no silos.

🧩

Customer Obsession

Our customers deploy AI in high-stakes environments. We treat their trust as sacred — every decision starts with their needs.

📈

Grow Relentlessly

We hire curious people and invest in making them exceptional. We expect everyone to be better six months from now.

🌍

Build for Everyone

AI will shape the world. We build equitably and responsibly, with teams that reflect the diversity of the people we serve.

We take care of our people

Competitive compensation is the floor, not the ceiling.

💰
Competitive Compensation

Top-of-market salary benchmarked quarterly, plus meaningful equity with a 4-year vest and 1-year cliff.

🏥
Full Health Coverage

100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents. No copays, no surprises.

🌴
Flexible PTO

Unlimited paid time off with a 2-week minimum encouraged. Leadership takes vacation and you should too.

🏠
Remote-First

Work from wherever you're most productive. Hubs in SF, NYC, and London — but most of the team is distributed.

📚
Learning Budget

$2,500/year for conferences, courses, or books. No approval process — just grow.

🖥️
Home Office Stipend

$1,500 setup allowance on day one, plus $100/month for coworking or internet.

👶
Parental Leave

16 weeks fully paid for all parents, regardless of gender or how your family was formed.

✈️
Annual Offsite

The whole company, once a year, for a week of strategy, collaboration, and great food.

Find your role

We're a small team doing big things. Every hire meaningfully shapes the company.

Engineering
Senior Backend Engineer — Inference Platform
🌍 Remote (US/EU)
Full-time
$180k – $230k + equity

You'll own the core inference layer that runs Clyvoro's ML models in production — the system that processes millions of predictions per day with sub-10ms latency. This is a high-ownership role: you'll design, build, and scale the infrastructure that sits at the heart of everything we ship.

Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain the low-latency model serving infrastructure handling millions of requests/day
  • Build and optimize distributed systems for real-time feature computation and prediction serving
  • Collaborate closely with ML engineers to productionize new model architectures efficiently
  • Drive reliability improvements — SLO design, alerting, graceful degradation, and runbook documentation
  • Mentor junior engineers and establish backend best practices across the platform team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python
  • Deep experience building and operating distributed systems at scale (Kafka, gRPC, Redis, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ML serving patterns — batching, caching, model versioning, A/B routing
  • Track record of owning production systems with high-availability requirements
  • Strong written communication and comfort working asynchronously across time zones

As a Staff Engineer on Data Infrastructure, you'll define how Clyvoro ingests, stores, and serves terabytes of customer data in real time. You'll set the technical direction for our data platform, partner with ML and product teams, and be the go-to person for making hard architectural calls.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and evolution of Clyvoro's data ingestion and storage architecture
  • Own the streaming data pipeline (Kafka, Flink, Spark) end-to-end, from connectors to feature stores
  • Establish engineering standards for data quality, schema management, and observability
  • Partner cross-functionally with ML, backend, and security teams on platform-level decisions
  • Identify and drive 10x improvements in performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in data or infrastructure engineering, including staff-level IC work
  • Expert-level knowledge of stream processing systems (Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming)
  • Strong experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar)

Engineering
Frontend Engineer — Dashboard & Visualization
🌍 Remote
Full-time
$150k – $195k + equity

You'll build the data visualization and dashboard experiences that enterprise users live in every day — turning complex ML model outputs into clear, fast, beautiful interfaces. This is a high-craft role for someone who cares as much about performance and accessibility as they do about pixel-perfect design.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain Clyvoro's real-time dashboard product using React and D3/Recharts
  • Own the design-to-code pipeline in close partnership with our product designer
  • Drive performance: fast initial loads, smooth 60fps interactions, and efficient data fetching
  • Build reusable component systems and contribute to our internal design system
  • Collaborate with backend engineers on WebSocket and API contract design for live data
Requirements
  • 4+ years of frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript
  • Strong data visualization skills — experience with D3, Recharts, Vega, or similar
  • Obsessive attention to detail in UI quality, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser behavior
  • Experience working from Figma designs and contributing feedback to designers
  • Bonus: experience building enterprise SaaS products or analytics tools

Senior Product Manager — Core Platform
🌍 Remote (US/EU)
Full-time
$160k – $200k + equity

You'll own the roadmap and strategy for Clyvoro's core platform — the connectors, pipelines, model studio, and deployment tooling that enterprise data teams rely on. This means deep customer empathy, tight collaboration with engineering and design, and strong opinions backed by data.

Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for the core platform surface area
  • Conduct regular customer discovery with enterprise accounts to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Write crisp PRDs, define success metrics, and lead cross-functional delivery from kick-off to launch
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure product–market fit signals flow back into the roadmap
  • Set the quality bar for the team — push back on scope, ship incrementally, and measure outcomes rigorously
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data/AI infrastructure
  • Strong technical foundation — you can read API docs, understand data pipelines, and have productive conversations with engineers
  • Experience owning a product area with multiple competing stakeholders and enterprise customers

Product Designer — Enterprise UX
🌍 Remote
Full-time
$140k – $180k + equity

You'll be Clyvoro's first dedicated product designer — shaping the visual language and interaction model of a platform used by enterprise data teams around the world. You'll work end-to-end: from research and wireframes through high-fidelity specs and design system components.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end design process for core product flows — from discovery through delivery
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma that engineers can implement directly
  • Run user research sessions with enterprise customers and synthesize findings into design decisions
  • Establish the visual identity and interaction patterns for new product areas
  • Partner with frontend engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation and fast iteration
Requirements
  • 4+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio of shipped B2B SaaS products
  • Expert Figma skills — components, auto-layout, variables, and design tokens
  • Strong systems thinking: you design components, not screens
  • Experience designing complex data-heavy UIs (tables, charts, filters, dashboards)
  • Comfortable translating ambiguous problem spaces into clear, structured design solutions

ML Engineer — Forecasting & Time-Series Models
🌍 Remote
Full-time
$180k – $240k + equity

You'll work on Clyvoro's forecasting engine — the models that predict demand shifts, churn, fraud signals, and operational anomalies across our enterprise customer base. This is applied ML work: you'll take research ideas from paper to production and own the full model lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and productionize time-series forecasting and anomaly detection models
  • Design feature engineering pipelines and evaluate model performance across customer datasets
  • Continuously improve model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency in production

Requirements
  • 4+ years of ML engineering experience with production models (not just research/notebooks)
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn, statsmodels)
  • Deep familiarity with time-series methods — ARIMA, Prophet, LSTMs, Transformers for sequences
  • Experience with ML experiment tracking, model registries, and CI/CD for models
  • Bonus: experience with probabilistic forecasting or uncertainty quantification

Research Scientist — Explainable AI
🌍 Remote
Full-time
$190k – $260k + equity

Clyvoro's enterprise customers can't deploy black-box models — they need to explain every prediction to regulators, clinicians, and executives. You'll lead research into explainability methods and translate them into production-grade features that make Clyvoro the most trustworthy AI platform on the market.

Responsibilities
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art explainability methods (SHAP, LIME, attention mechanisms, concept bottlenecks)
  • Work closely with product to design human-readable explanation UIs for non-technical users
  • Publish research findings internally and externally to establish Clyvoro as a thought leader in XAI
  • Collaborate with compliance teams and enterprise customers on regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, HIPAA, SR 11-7)
  • Build evaluation frameworks for measuring explanation quality, faithfulness, and user understanding
Requirements
  • PhD or equivalent research experience in machine learning, statistics, or a related field
  • Deep expertise in model interpretability techniques and the XAI literature
  • Strong publication record or equivalent evidence of research output
  • Ability to bridge research and production — you've shipped explainability features, not just papers
  • Experience working with stakeholders on compliance or model governance is a strong plus
